You have 30 days to decide.
If your Mogo Mobility power wheelchair is not the right fit for you, you may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Our priority is helping you find the ideal mobility solution, even if you choose an alternative brand. Below is our full transparent return process with no hidden fees.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU RETURN
✅ Original Mogo Mobility Custom Packaging Required
You must retain the original branded Mogo Mobility outer shipping box and white foam protective liners. Our wheelchairs ship in custom engineered packaging for safe transit during return shipping. Returns submitted without complete original packaging will not be approved.
✅ 20% Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee (calculated based on your total paid order amount) applies to all eligible wheelchair returns to cover inspection, refurbishment and restocking labor costs.
✅ *\Return Shipping & Handling Fee: $200 Flat Rate*
This fee includes 100 for administrative and processing fees. We will arrange a UPS door-to-door pickup service, so you do not need to ship the item yourself.
✅ Honest Condition Assessment
Every returned wheelchair will undergo a full quality inspection. Any physical damage, dents, scratches or excessive wear incurred while in your possession will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Non-Eligible Returns (Items That Cannot Be Returned)
- Wheelchairs purchased via insurance claims, medical reimbursements, grant funding, or gifted orders
- Wheelchairs purchased for 30-day rental purposes
- Wheelchairs with bent frames, structural damage, or customer-performed modifications to hardware or components
- Orders financed through Affirm will incur an additional $180 financing administrative fee upon return
Refund Processing Terms
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times are determined by your payment provider and financial institution.
- All applicable fees including restocking charges, return shipping fees, damage deductions and Affirm financing fees will be subtracted from your final refund total.
Exchange Option (Instead of Refund)
For orders that meet full return eligibility, you may choose to exchange your wheelchair for another model instead of requesting a refund. Exchanges are only subject to the $200 return shipping and handling fee, and the 20% restocking fee will be fully waived.
Warranty & Faulty Product Exclusions
Malfunctioning products covered under manufacturer warranty or Mogo Mobility official warranty will be processed through our dedicated warranty repair program. Warranty service does not fall under this 30-day voluntary return policy.
Governing Jurisdiction
This return policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
