In order to meet your various needs for wheelchairs, moscooters, we provide the following services.
10-Year Limited Frame Warranty
This 10-year limited warranty covers only the main structural frame and original factory welds of the power wheelchair. It applies exclusively to structural cracking or breakage caused by factory material or workmanship defects under normal household use.
This warranty covers the frame only. Motors, controllers, batteries, tires, cushions, armrests, footrests and all other accessories are excluded and covered under separate component warranties.
Warranty is valid only for the original buyer from the delivery date and is non-transferable.
Covered Items
- Structural cracking or breakage of the main frame
- Cracking or separation of original factory welds
Exclusions & Non-Coverage
- All cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, chipped paint and faded coatings
- Damage caused by impact, accident, overload, misuse, rental or commercial use
- Any unauthorized frame modification, drilling or cutting voids this warranty
Warranty Claim Policy
All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase, product serial number, and visual evidence of damage. After verification of factory defects, we only provide frame repair or replacement services.
30-Day Return Eligible
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
365-Day Price-Match Guarantee
Price guarantee is valid for 365 days upon order delivery. This guarantee applies only to orders placed on the Mogo official website. Price comparison is limited exclusively to channels within the United States, for genuine brand-new Mogo units of identical model and configuration. This price guarantee does not apply to any overseas sources; overseas prices will not be accepted for claims.
If you locate a qualifying lower price for an eligible genuine Mogo unit within the United States, submit your claim. Upon our verification, we will refund double the price difference.
Eligibility Requirements
- Order must be a brand-new unit purchased directly via Mogo Mobility official website, identical model and full configuration.
- The competing item must be an in-stock genuine new Mogo unit available for purchase within the United States.
- Original order number and full link to the lower-price listing are required.
Exclusions
- Promotional pricing including coupons, flash sales, clearance, bundle offers and limited-time specials.
- All websites and pricing originating from overseas are excluded.
- Display, refurbished, used or discontinued non-brand-new units.
- Bulk or wholesale orders, offers from non-authorized resellers and private-party second-hand listings.
Claim Process
Contact customer service with your claim and supporting evidence. After verification, refund will be issued to your original payment method.
1,000+ Nationwide Authorized Service Technicians
Mogo maintains a nationwide network of certified third-party service-partner technicians across the United States, with over 1,000 qualified partners in the network. Our platform may dispatch these partners to provide on-site after-sales support, equipment tuning and repair services based on the customer’s location.
All service partners are independent third-party contractors. Availability of on-site service depends on local-partner coverage and geographic conditions. Immediate on-site service cannot be guaranteed for all locations.
