Financing Terms
Effective Date: July 20, 2026
1. Available Payment & Financing Options
Mogo Mobility Inc. provides multiple payment methods for retail and wholesale orders of power wheelchairs, mobility scooters and supporting accessories, including major credit cards, debit cards, ACH electronic bank transfers, PayPal, CardConnect, as well as third-party buy-now-pay-later financing services offered by Affirm and Klarna. Financing is an optional service, and customers may complete purchases without utilizing any installment plan.
2. Third-Party Lender Disclaimer
All installment financing programs are issued and administered by independent licensed financial institutions, and Mogo Mobility Inc. does not originate any loans.
Affirm loans are provided by Affirm, Inc.
Monthly Klarna financing is issued by WebBank, while Pay-in-4 and Pay-in-30 products are offered by Klarna Bank AB.
Credit approvals, credit bureau inquiries, annual percentage rates, finance charges, late fees, repayment schedules, default penalties, prepayment regulations and all other loan terms are solely determined by the third-party lender. Mogo Mobility has no authority to revise loan terms, approve or deny credit applications, waive fees or adjust repayment obligations. All financing provisions shall be subject to the separate loan agreement presented by the lender at checkout.
3. Mandatory Credit Disclosures
All financing offers displayed on our website comply with the federal Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z). Where monthly payment amounts, repayment terms, interest rates or APRs are advertised, a representative financing example shall be displayed alongside each offer, including total financed amount, total repayment cost, all applicable fees and full annual percentage rate. California residents using Klarna financing shall abide by licensing disclosure requirements set forth under California Financing Law.
4. Payment Authorization & PCI Compliance
By submitting payment or banking information at checkout, you grant irrevocable authorization to the designated third-party payment processor to deduct the full order amount from your selected payment method. Mogo Mobility does not store complete credit card numbers, bank routing numbers or account details on internal servers. All sensitive financial data is processed via encrypted payment gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards.
5. ACH Electronic Debit Provisions
Customers selecting ACH bank transfers authorize one-time or recurring electronic withdrawals under the Uniform Commercial Code and Georgia banking regulations. If an ACH payment is rejected, returned or fails due to insufficient funds, Mogo Mobility reserves the right to suspend order fulfillment until full payment is received. To the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law, all bank return charges and administrative processing fees shall be borne solely by the customer.
6. Identity Verification & Fraud Screening
All orders, including purchases financed through installment plans, are subject to identity verification, fraud risk assessment and address validation prior to shipment. If fraud indicators are identified, Mogo Mobility may cancel pending orders, void financing applications or request government-issued identification documents for supplementary verification.
7. Refund Rules for Financed Orders
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or transferred to the corresponding financing provider in accordance with the lender’s internal processing procedures. Outstanding loan principal, accrued interest, late charges and principal deduction rules shall be governed by the lender’s loan agreement. Mogo Mobility cannot accelerate or alter refund processing timelines set by financial institutions. Returns of mobility equipment shall follow our official Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
8. Chargeback and Dispute Resolution Procedures
Customers must submit all product, shipping or service complaints to Mogo Mobility customer support prior to initiating payment chargebacks or financial disputes. We will conduct a good-faith investigation within 10 business days to resolve valid claims. Unauthorized or frivolous chargebacks may result in restricted account privileges, loss of financing eligibility, and the customer shall be liable for all administrative recovery costs incurred by Mogo Mobility.
9. Prepayment Rights and Georgia Retail Installment Protections
Pursuant to the Georgia Retail Installment Sales Act, customers may pay off all outstanding financed balances in full at any time. Where applicable, customers may receive a proportional refund of partial finance charges in accordance with the lender’s prepayment policies. Mogo Mobility shall not impose any early payoff penalties.
10. Special Financing Terms for Wholesale Buyers
For wholesale distributors purchasing bulk mobility equipment for resale:
- Financing eligibility, credit limits and repayment terms for wholesale orders are subject to separate evaluation by third-party lenders.
- Wholesale installment financing does not qualify for promotional interest rates reserved for retail consumers.
- Refunds for bulk orders, partial shipments and returned inventory shall comply with both our Wholesale Terms and the commercial financing rules established by the lending institution.
11. Privacy Protection and CCPA Compliance
Financial, personal and credit-related information collected during financing applications is processed in accordance with our official Privacy Policy. California residents retain all rights afforded under the CCPA and may opt out of non-essential data sharing with third-party advertisers. Mogo Mobility will never sell consumer credit or banking information without the customer’s separate written consent. Lenders maintain independent privacy policies governing credit reporting and borrower data management.
12. Modifications to Payment and Financing Options
Mogo Mobility reserves the right to add, suspend or remove available payment and financing channels without prior notice. Revised Financing Terms will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued website access and order placement constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
13. Integrated Agreement and Governing Law
These Financing Terms, together with our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and SMS Terms & Consent, form a single binding agreement. All disputes arising from installment transactions or payment matters shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
